Our Approach

Logo

Accurate Assessment & Cost Validation

We digitally and/or physically assess motor vehicle and machinery damage to determine causation and to provide independent repair cost analysis, including comparison of repairer estimates against assessed values to ensure costs are fair, reasonable, and justified to all parties.

Efficient Turnaround

We operate with a strong focus on timeliness and accuracy, typically delivering assessment completion and reporting within 1-2 working days, depending on the level of information provided. We will manage a claim from any stage of the claim cycle. From post-accident scene recovery and tow yard, to your house, workplace or repairer, wherever the vehicle, we will take care of the process to ensure efficient assessment of damage, timely and accurate cost management.

Clear Stakeholder Communication

We maintain consistent, professional communication with insurers, repairers, and policyholders to ensure alignment throughout the claim lifecycle. With our bespoke claims management software Oasys, all documentation and data storage are safe and confidential.
